30-Day Unopened Returns

Eligible unused and unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and unopened.
• Be in its original packaging.
• Be in the same condition in which it was received.
• Include proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used feeding, teething, grooming, oral care, and baby care items cannot be returned.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Baby bottles
• Feeding accessories
• Teething products
• Oral care items
• Pacifiers and pacifier-style products
• Spoons and cups
• Bibs
• Brushes
• Grooming products
• Other baby care essentials

Items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, Gift Cards, or Promotional Items are also not eligible for return or refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. If approved, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the nature of the issue and product availability.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Bien Bebe.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise approved by Bien Bebe.

Right to Refuse Returns
