Refund policy

STRICT NO-RETURN / NO-REFUND POLICY

Due to the hygienic and personal nature of baby essential products, Bien Bebe maintains a strict all-sales-final policy.

1. No Returns

We do not accept returns on any items, including:

  • Opened or unopened packages

  • Used or unused products

  • Feeding products

  • Sanitary or personal items

  • Any baby essentials

2. No Refunds

All purchases are final. Refunds are not provided unless a product arrives defective.

3. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

  • Email us within 72 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number

  • Provide clear photos or video of the issue

If approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement

  • Store credit

Approval is at the sole discretion of Bien Bebe.

4. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
Shipped or in-transit orders cannot be canceled.
